"Horrible experience at "Elite Beauty Clinic",located at Nijverheidswerf 34a in Bussum! I bought a package of 5 laser hair removal sessions, but they only did 2 and then completely stopped responding to my requests. At first, they constantly rescheduled appointments, and eventually refused to complete the rest without any explanation. The technician, named Samara, was extremely rude, refused to refund my money, made degrading comments about my Ukrainian background, and even threatened me with a lawyer! On top of that, the procedure was done on an uncertified machine, and now I’m experiencing skin issues in the treated areas. This place "Elite Beauty Clinic "seems like it’s set up just to scam people, with no concern for service quality or client safety. If you don’t want to be cheated, disrespected, and end up with damaged skin, stay far away from "Elite Beauty Clinic"located at Nijverheidswerf 34a in Bussum."
