Pas op voor deze malafide praktijken. Zij factureren van alles bij de zorgverzekering. Vervolgens facturen sturen voor een "now show" wat nooit plaats heeft gevonden. Oplichters eerste klasse.

Zeer goede ervaring met de handtherapie. De dame legde het zeer goed uit en heeft de handbrace zorgvuldig gemaakt. Ik heb er veel profijt van.,

Romee Jellema is een van de beste Handtherapeut die ik ooit meegemaakt heb. Zij is heel sociaal, bekwaam, geduldig en heel lief. Zeker aanrader 👏🏻👌🏻❤️.

Goed parkeren en adequaat geholpen

From the beginning, I made clear that I could only proceed if treatment was covered by my health insurance. During intake and multiple follow-ups, I asked directly about costs and billing and was repeatedly assured that the sessions would be covered. Relying on those assurances, I continued treatment over an extended period. I later discovered that a substantial amount had been withdrawn from my bank account — I had been charged personally for every session. At no point was I clearly informed of the actual per-session cost or the financial risk involved. Had I been given transparent information upfront, I would not have continued treatment as I did. Continuing care without ensuring a patient fully understands the financial implications — especially after being told affordability depends on insurance coverage — is deeply concerning. I strongly recommend requesting written confirmation of all costs, insurance coverage, and personal financial responsibility before starting treatment; and strongly caution others before choosing Xpert.

Things I have experience in the 6 weeks trying to get treatment with Xpert Clinics: -Appointments made without me being notified -Appointments cancelled last minute -Appointments made where none were needed and could have been a phone call. -Long waiting times trying to reach them by phone Things that that I haven't experienced: -Any treatment.. This organization is a joke. Inept communication between doctors and manual therapists and incompetent admin system and staff. They're just trying to milk you and your insurance Don't get hand therapy where the right hand doesn't speak to the left. Avoid.

they treatment did not solve the problem in my hand. Additionally, a machine for a nerve system test was not working and they simply have not done the test even thought they charged on my own risk for this appointment and they did not let me know about it. They made double appointments many times and i complaint snout it with a Doctor. Their Physiotherapy did not work well. I do not recommend this service at all!
